摘要:川芎为中医常用的活血化瘀药,含有挥发油(以苯酞及其二聚体类成分为主)、生物碱、有机酸及多糖等成分.川芎及其化学部位、单体成分对心脑血管系统、神经系统、呼吸系统等多个系统具有改善血管内皮功能及冠状动脉血流量,降低血流阻力及血压,抗氧自由基、抗炎、抗癌、抗血小板聚集、抗血栓形成,保护神经等多方面的药理作用.本文对近10年川芎的化学成分和药理作用研究进行了综述,建议加强对川芎提取物和化学部位的药理研究,为川芎的临床应用及其新产品开发提供依据.
Chuanxiong (Chuanxiong Rhizoma, CX), is widely used in Chinese materia medica to 'Promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis'. Literatures show that CX contains volatile oil belong to the types of phthalide with its dimer, alkaloid, organic acid and polysaccharide, etc. The pharmacological effects of CX, its main chemical fraction and monomer are related to multiple systems, such as cardiovascular system, nervous system and respiratory system, etc. The main bioactivities are included as improving vascular endothelial function and coronary flow, decreasing resistance of blood flow and blood pressure, anti-oxygen free radical, anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor, inhibiting platelet aggregation and thrombosis, nerve protective effect and so on. This review summarizes the research progress on the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of CX in the recent 10 years, and suggests that the pharmacological study on CX extraction and chemical fraction should be strengthened. This review provides useful information for the clinical uses of CX and the development of new products.
